1. Assemble the upper section of the tower body into a circle.

Assemble the 8/9 pieces of the upper vertebra along the outer edge of the upper segment into a cone. When installing the upper vertebra, align the middle of the upper vertebra with the interface of the upper segment of the middle body. Lay the cone down to facilitate the next step of installation.

Install the upper opening (feeding port) outside the upper cone.

2. Install the middle section of the middle body. The middle section is installed inside the upper section. Align the middle screw hole of one piece of the middle section with the interface between the two pieces of the upper section (for easy installation, beautiful appearance, and preventing the interface from being on the same line to increase its stability). The middle sections are installed one by one.

3. Install the lower section of the middle body. The lower section is installed inside the middle section. Align the middle screw hole of one piece of the lower section with the interface between the two pieces of the middle section (for easy installation, beautiful appearance, and preventing the interface from being on the same line to increase its stability). The lower sections are installed one by one.

4. Install the 8 pieces (nine pieces) of the lower vertebral body inside the lower section of the middle body. When installing one piece, first install the feeding port inside the lower cone.

5. Assemble the lower opening (discharging port) inside the lower cone.

6. Divide the six legs of the material tower support (legs) equally according to the screw hole spacing, vertically, and tighten with screws.

7. Installation method of the tension support: 1. First install the two diagonal supports into an X shape; 2. Install the upper end of the X-shaped diagonal support on the screw hole of the support leg; 3. Install one end of the parallel support on the 16 holes of the leg and the other end on the discharge port to make the six supports more secure.

8. Install the accessories at the lower end of the support and fix them to the ground with expansion screws. If the foundation is unstable, it is very easy to cause the material tower to collapse or even cause a safety accident

9. Install the lower section of the ladder on one of the legs and fasten it to the leg with 8 8*50 screws (drill holes and fasten them at appropriate locations)

10. Install the narrow end of the ladder upwards on the feed port and the wide end downwards on the top of the ladder, and connect them with a small connecting piece (inside the accessories).

11. Installation method of the handrail; install the second screw on the upper section of the ladder at a 45-degree angle upwards and install it at a 100-degree angle downwards between the upper and lower ladders.

12. Connect the small piece. Use two 8*50 screws to connect the upper cover, and use sealant to seal the screw holes.
